We DO NOT use face data for:

– Any purpose other than image enhancement
4. DATA STORAGE AND RETENTION
We DO NOT store or retain your photos (both the original and processed) on our servers after processing.
4.1 Local Device Storage
– All photos (original and processed) are stored ONLY on your device
– Photos are saved in your device’s local storage
– We do NOT upload or store your photos on any remote server
4.2 How Long We Retain Face Data
– Photos are stored on your device indefinitely until you delete them
– The app maintains a history of up to 50 processed images on your device
– When the limit is reached, the oldest images are automatically deleted
– You can manually delete any photo from your history at any time
– Deleting the app removes all stored photos from your device
5. DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
5.1 We DO NOT share, sell, or disclose your photos or face data to:
– Advertisers
– Data brokers
– Social media platforms
– Any other third parties

– All photo transmission to the AI service uses encrypted HTTPS connections
– Photos are stored locally on your device using iOS security features

– Delete any photo from your history at any time
– Photos are stored locally on YOUR device
– Uninstalling the app removes all stored photos
– No account creation required; no data linked to your identity

ReFoto is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
